The Egyptian Football Association ( Arabic الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم, DMG al-Ittiḥād al-miṣrī li-kurat al-qadam ) is the national football association in Egypt . It was founded in 1921 and has been a member of FIFA since 1923 .

The association, based in Cairo, organizes the national league system in which the Egyptian Premier League is the highest league in the country. The second division is the Egyptian Second Division . The association also organizes the Egyptian Soccer Cup , the national cup. The Egyptian national soccer team is also provided by the EFA as well as all youth national teams, the women's national team and the futsal national team .
