The Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association is the national football association of Rwanda founded in 1972 . The association organizes the games of the national soccer team and has been a member of the continental association CAF since 1978 and a member of the world association FIFA . In addition, the association organizes the highest national league, the National Football League .
