The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA; German for example Zimbabwean Football Association ) is the highest football organ in Zimbabwe .
The association was founded in 1965 and became a member of FIFA that same year . The association became a member of the African Football Association in 1980.
ZIFA organizes the national leagues:
- Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League - 1st division with 16 clubs
- Zimbabwe Second Soccer League - 2nd league with 16 clubs
In addition, the Zimbabwean Football Cup Cup of Zimbabwe, organized by the association, takes place every year.
