Inge Margriet Zegers-De Ruiter (born April 29, 1954 in Heerenveen, Friesland) is a former Dutch field hockey defender, who captured the golden medal with the Women's National Team at the 1984 Summer Olympics. From 1980 to 1984 she played a total number of 55 international matches for the Dutch, in which she didn't score.
