USS George has been the name of two ships in the United States Navy.
- USS George (DE-276) was assigned to the United Kingdom under the Lend-Lease program, in June of 1943. On 9 October 1943 the ship was commissioned in the British Royal Navy as HMS Goodson.
- USS George (DE-697), a Buckley-class destroyer escort, was launched 14 August 1943 and served until 1958.
