Rakvere JK Tarvas is an Estonian football club based in Rakvere. The club was founded in 2004, first named as VJK Rakvere. They play in the Esiliiga, the second-highest level of the Estonian football league pyramid. Rakvere linnastaadion is their home ground.
In 2011, the club changed its name from "Rakvere FC Flora" to "Rakvere JK Tarvas".
