Louise Tracy Freeman (born 5 January 1967), better known as Tracy Spencer, is a British Italo disco singer and actress. Born in London, she is best known for the song "Run to Me" that won the 1986 Festivalbar[1] and that ranked first at the Italian hit parade.[2] She was also one half of the Italo disco duo Marx & Spencer, together with David Marx.
