Silene yunnanensis is a plant species native to central southern parts of China.[1]
It goes by the common name Chinese catchfly.[2]
One journal find evidence that hybridization is present in this species. (Haven’t read the whole study.)[3]
Petals on the flowers range from red to white in color.[4]
