Barneycam

Barneycam was actually deleted byf a vote of the community. Deadspirit90 then recreated it as a nonsensea rticle and it was deleted again. Both versions need to remain deleted though. Academic Challenger 02:27, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've now redirected it to the preexisting article Barney (dog). --  Netsnipe  ►  02:37, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful becafuse other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --  Netsnipe  ►  02:45, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Editor review and RFA

Hi Crawford, I've deleted your edfitor review because you've only edited 4 articles and I strongly encourage you to withdraw your Request for adminship or else you may become discouraged with the overwhelming amount of oppose votes. You are simply too inexperienced at this moment for either. I suggest you seek an editor review after you've accumulated at least a few hundred article edits and RFA in 4-6 months time when you have at least 2-3 thousand edits. Please read Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship and help develop articles if you wish to gain a lot more experience and the trust of your fellow Wikipedians. See also Wikipedia:Edit count Thanks. -- <fspan style="border: 1px solid">  Netsnipe  ►  05:09, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Crawfordknights

Hello! I have closed this RfA early as with only twenty-three edits in total on this project it was never going to succeed. I have placed some advice at the top of the RfA in a closing statement for you to read, if you wish. (aeropagitica) 09:06, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your project

Hi. Your project sounds like fun, but it is not only not notable enough for inclusion, I'm not even sure what it is. I'm a top-rated local radio personality and I don't have an article, which will hopefully give you an idea of the level of notability required for inclusion. - Lucky 6.9 01:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's just that this isn't a bulleftin board nor a collection of random facts. For example, I wrote the article at E-flite Blade CP, a model R/C helicopter. I did not write about my particular souped-up version of this fmodel. My helicopter is real, verifiable and a lot of fun to fly. It just doesn't get its own article.  :) - Lucky 6.9 01:29, 16 December 2006 (UTC) right....[reply]

Mediation

A mediation case has been opened in which your name is mentioned. I just signed up as a mediator, pending approval by the involved parties. Please take a look at Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/User:Lucky 6.9 reverting his own Talk page. If you would like to be listed as a party, please write your name in the blue box. If you feel you are not involved, please remove your name from the list under "Who's involved?". (In this case, your name will only be allowed to be reinserted if a reason is given.) — Sebastian 22:18, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Update: The original case has been deleted by an involved party. I reported this incidend on administrators' noticeboard (now archived). Since I have not been asked by anyone to investigate this case, I will not pursue it any further. I'm not watching your user page anymore, so please let me know on my talk page if you have any questions or concerns. — Sebastian 19:58, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't be silly

Please don't mess about with joke edits - We try hard here to produce something we can all be proud of - silliness doesn't help. Articles are monitored and users messing about face a block or a ban. Why not try and contribute something useful instead? Have a look at the below and get stuck in properly:

  The five pillars of Wikipedia
  How to edit a page
  Help pages
  Tutorial
How to write a great article
File:Crystal Clear app kate.png   Manual of Style
  Fun stuff...

Thanks - and enjoy yourself as a responsible Wikipedian!
