Donald W. Steinmetz, born September 19, 1924, is a former member of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Before becoming a member of the Supreme Court, Steinmetz was a claims attorney. He was also a teacher at the Wisconsin Judicial College.

Judicial career

Steinmetz was first elected to the Supreme Court in 1980. He was re-elected in 1990.
