ICM is a public opinion researcher based in the UK. It conducts surveys for, in particular, The Guardian, the News of the World, The Scotsman and the Sunday Telegraph. ICM is a member of the British Polling Council.[1]

When ICM was initially set up it stood for Independent Communications and Marketing. Over time ICM became the brand and it is now commonly referred to as that.
