Tom Donaghy is a playwright whose work has been produced by major theatre companies across the United States, including Atlantic Theater Company, Lincoln Center Theatre, and Playwrights Horizons in New York City, the Goodman Theater in Chicago, the La Jolla Playhouse and South Coast Repertory in Orange County, California and Seattle Repertory Theatre in Washington state.

His plays, which have been published by Grove Press, include:

  • From Above
  • The Beginning of August
  • Boys and Girls
  • Eden Lane

For film,[1] Donaghy wrote and directed a short film adaptation of The Dadshuttle in 1996, and Story of a Bad Boy in 1999. His screenplay for The Lion's Share, to be directed by Bob Giraldi, is in pre-production and listed by IMDB for a 2008 release.[2]
