I'm online a few times during the day, more actively on weekends. If I'm offline, I'll reply to messages when I am online again.
Messages posted here will be replied on this talk page unless requested otherwise. Messages I leave on your talk page should be replied there unless requested otherwise. I do this to keep conversations organized.
Please be civil and cool when posting messages. I'm probably one of the nicest editors there is around, and I do like to help people, but please don't harass or provoke me. I won't retalliate, I'll merely revert. That being said, feel free to ask me any questions you have, just be civil, and don't personally attack other editors.
Please note that I archive talk page posts a few times every-so-often, so if commenting on an old thread that is gone from my talk page, I have archived it. Consider starting a new thread if that happens.
Made it to FL status. Thanks! --Admrb♉ltz (talk) 18:28, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Great! Your welcome. :) I guess my copyedit really helped. I should probably start working on an WP:FL myself also... any ideas? Note that I'm a Boston Red Sox fan. :) -- RyRy (talk) 18:31, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hrm, thats odd... I don't know what to tell you on that one. Thats one of the reasons I like the Ms... they are fairly new :p --Admrb♉ltz (talk) 20:46, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
On 8 September, 2008, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Dick Woodson, which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.
Thanks for the note! Wow, my first DYK article (although I couln't have done it without Fvasconcellos's help). --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:41, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No problem! If you ever need my help, especially in the DYK process, feel free to ask me. :-) -- RyRy (talk) 01:46, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Any help?

Hm, I'm not sure how Google works when it comes to updating, etc. I suggest asking at the Wikipedia:Help desk. You might be able to get more answers there. And welcome to Wikipedia, Tberden! -- RyRy (talk) 01:46, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thats cool RyRy - (oh and I respect your edits) ... sometime lots of haste, but little speed. I'm hoping that I can triumph over my fingers ability to make mistakes :-) Victuallers (talk) 08:11, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
User page resign
Hi! I was just wondering if you still do this? If so, could you take a look at my page and see if it is possible? Because although it doesn't have a lot of a text in it; and after 3 years of my userpage just looking like an article, I feel I need a redesign. Thanks. - Nick C (talk) 22:43, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, I could probably think of something to redesign your user page. Any specifics (colors, etc.)? -- RyRy (talk) 22:59, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I would like a green feel to my page, however not too light green though, bad on the eyes! The Edit Count and Other Stuff sub-sections could be moved to a subpage; my personal userboxes can be condensed into a scrollable sidebar like the shoutbox is here and the WikiProject ones can be made collapsable. I would also like the font to be changed to "Kristen ITC" if possible. Thanks! - Nick C (talk) 09:58, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
user page request
When you have time and if you don't mind, my userpage needs serious help again. I added some things and goofed it up. I posted on your talk page on Sept 3rd. I think you missed it but It's ok. Thank you!! --Npnunda (talk) 02:57, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
No problem. Thank you for your help!! --Npnunda (talk) 04:25, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DYK
Thanks for the DYK notification from me and Nick! --Gwib (talk) 13:12, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your comment. Gwib is actually my own creation (although not a sock-puppet - at least I don't think so, on the last observation). Nick Michael (talk) 21:48, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Next update
Please take a second look at the lead hook for the next update. According to the article, the original Kamikaze was not a mission in the commonly known sense of a suicide attack. It was a nick name of a Japanese passenger plane. The hook reads: ... that Tachikawa Airfield (pictured) was the military base in Tokyo from which the 1937 Kamikaze mission to London took off? I think it should read instead, "from which the 1937 original "Kamikaze" passenger plane to London took of" or something like that. Cheers, --Poeticbenttalk 17:04, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I believe your mistaken. I didn't load the current next update, so saying "second look" is redundant, because I never took a "first look". I loaded the update that is currently on T:DYK and on the Main Page as I write this. If you look at this, you can probably see I never loaded the current one. But I'll take your word for it, and I'll change the hook for you. Thanks, RyRy (talk) 19:26, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Did You Know
Hey RyRy. Can you do me a favor? I have an adoptee, User:Chamal N, who just submitted his first DYK nomination. Would you mind reviewing his nomination? I would, but it would be a conflict of interest. Thanks for the help.--LAAFansignreview 17:49, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
