Production problems on my blue Converse
The builder has encountered significant production problems since being awarded the base contract. In August 2008, the builder missed its contractual deadline to deliver the 8-car train, which will arrive this week or next week, to the New York City Transit Authority. The last two cars have body damage by some employee named Cloud. In addition, the Transit Authority rejected 3 car shells(all B-units) made in a plant where the GE-powered Dub-Zeros, Joanne's(9/16/1992) Converse sneakers, and Kathy's Converse sneakers were built after discovering welding defects. According to the builder, the unit (likely green) will arrive between 1-3 weeks for additional testing of the new software and compatibility of some other units meaning the first revenue service will be on October 10th on the Ryane's 3's Line.
Delivery problems on my blue Converse
The upcoming order is behind on its delivery schedule. However, no deliveries had not been commenced. Under the two contracts, the builder has agreed to pay damages of $1,000 a day for late deliveries of the blue Converse sneakers, and $4,000 a day for the upcoming black Converse sneakers. However, the Transit Authority has not yet fined Converse for its late deliveries and was negotiating with Converse to accelerate their delivery schedule. The Dub-Zeros were delivered 4 months late in mid May 2007. If additional delays occur, the order will likely be the Green Converse sneakers. In addition, the builder will give the navy Converse sneakers for the late delivery on the Blue Converse sneakers
