52°46′59″N 107°32′19″W / 52.783178°N 107.538533°W / 52.783178; -107.538533 The Twisted Trees, Crooked Trees, or Crooked Trees of Alticane, are an unexplained grove of deformed aspen trees found in Saskatchewan, Canada. They are found a short distance north west of the town of Hafford, Saskatchewan and have drawn tourists from around the world.[1]

Biologists have been unable to explain the phenomenon, which occurs on private land. Theories range from a rare genetic mutation, to UFO, or other paranormal explanations. Prominent in Saskatchewan folklore, the trees have as of yet eluded a conclusive explanation.[2][3]
