Greetings! I've been contributing here and there to Wikipedia since February 2008. I am a graduate student in history with a particular interest in political history and cultural history. Much of my research focuses on the twentieth century Great Plains and North American West. I'm interested in political activism in the Midwest, specifically the American Indian Movement and their activities in the region. Additionally, I'm engaged in the field of digital history and exploring the ways computational technologies can assist historians in answering historical problems.

A colleague of mine and myself maintain a blog if you're interested in learning about our thoughts on digital history and born-digital scholarship: Digital Clio. Also feel free to drop me a message.

Cheers,

Jason, Hepplerj 00:09, 2008 Oct 11 (UTC) (revised since)
