This page provides the summaries of the CONCACAF Fourth Round matches for the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification. The 3 group winners and the 3 runners-up from the Third Round will contest this round. The draw took place on 25 November, 2007 in Durban.

Format

In this round, the group winners and runner-ups from the Third Round will form one double-round-robin, home-and-away group. The top three teams will qualify for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The fourth place team will compete in a home-and-away playoff against the fifth-place team from CONMEBOL.
