Martín Sarmiento

Martín Sarmiento, Father Sarmiento (born Pedro José García Balboa), (Villafranca del Bierzo, March 9, 1695 - Madrid, December 7, 1772) was a Spanish scholar, writer and Benedictine monk, illustrious representative of the Enlightenment in Spain.
