E! (a.k.a. E! TV, formerly UTV) is a South Korean cable and satellite television channel owned by SBS E Plus (a subsidiary of SBS), using E! brand under the license of Comcast. Its programming is consist of mostly those from E! U.S., but also carries programs from the South Korean counterpart, as well as the libraries of SBS.

Launched as UTV on August 16 2005, it became E! on January 1 2009[1] after an agreement between SBS and Comcast on September 5 2008.[2]In 2014, it will launch a new channel called E! Olympics TV.In July 2011,E! will be added to Canalsat 7's Internatinol pack e famalia.In 2013,it will brodcast FUTBOL 2,royala engamant.Rivals-Tv Japan,CachCach,Korea2,and KBC.
