E! Entertainment Television is an NBC Universal television station dedicated to the world of Hollywood international show business (ShowBiz) . The specialty program , which broadcasts in German , English , French, Italian, Polish and Turkish, offers exclusive star interviews, documentaries, live reports from the big events in the film industry and a daily German-language news format straight from Hollywood.
The seat of E! Entertainment TV International is based in Los Angeles , California ( USA ).

history
The station was founded in 1987 by Jarl Mohn in the USA and began broadcasting in Germany on December 2, 2002. Initially, only a six-hour program was broadcast daily. Since January 3, 2003, the channel has broadcast 24 hours a day, and since September 2008 all programs broadcast in Germany have been completely synchronized. Alexander von Roon produces, Melinda Cohen and Sabrina Alashi moderate. Kathrin Rein was there at the start.
In October 2011, the German-language version of the station was relaunched . Instead of showing synchronized magazines from and about the USA, as before, in-house productions with a focus on stars of German origin, award ceremonies and events will also be broadcast in Germany.

Entertainment television can be received digitally via cable as part of the program bouquets from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland , PŸUR , Unitymedia , Telekom Entertain and Vodafone Swisscom tv2.0 Upc cablecom Quickline. This station is also available from the cable network operators that receive the cable kiosk package. The station can also be received as an Amazon Channel on Amazon Video.
An HD version of the channel has been broadcast via satellite on the Sky Deutschland platform since April 30, 2013 . Can also be received at Telekom Entertain, UPC Switzerland, Swisscom tv2.0
