Central Uruguay Railway Cricket Club, known as CURCC, was a Cricket and football club from Uruguay, founded on September 28, 1891 in Montevideo, the country's capital. CURCC was the result of the decision of the British railway company in Uruguay to have a sports club. As a matter of fact, the colours of the club were inspired by the railway signs.

The club had important achievements in the 1890s and the first decade of the twentieth century, being one of the founders of the Uruguayan League and the AUF.

In 1913 conflicts between the Central Uruguay Railway administrators and the football section directives, led to the breakaway of some members that established Club Atlético Peñarol in 1913. CURCC and Peñarol coexisted for two years, until the dissolution of CURCC in 1915. Peñarol´s official position is to recognize itself as the continuation of CURCC.
