Hylarana latouchii is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It was formerly placed in genus Rana. It is found in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and possibly Macau.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, water storage areas, ponds, open excavations, irrigated land, and canals and ditches. It is not considered a threatened species by the IUCN.
