The Electronic Journal of Probability (EJP) is a peer-reviewed journal of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) and the Bernoulli Society. EJP publishes full-length research articles in probability theory. EJP is free access for both authors and readers. The present web site of EJP uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) free software developed by the non-profit organization Public Knowledge Project (PKP).

EJP has a sister journal, the Electronic Communications in Probability (ECP), publishing short papers. EJP and ECP share the same editorial board, but with different Editors in Chief.
