Penicillium nordicum is a species of the genus of Penicillium which produces ochratoxin A.[1][2][3] Penicillium nordicum contaminates protein rich foods and foods with high NaCl-konzentration.[3][4] It is mostly found on dry-cured meat products and cheese products[3][5]
