Adrenalina Caribe is a Venezuelan music group. They formed in 1979 in Caracas and primarily perform Latin and Tropical music.

The group released several albums for Venezuelan record label Sonográfica in the 1980s at the height of its popularity. They are led by Evio di Marzo who currently performs with a number of guest-musicians under the same name. Originally the band consisted of di Marzo, Alberto Borregales (timpani), Ilan Chester (keyboards) and Sergio Perez (violin).[1]
