Ronen Manelis

Brigadier General Ronen Manelis (Hebrew: רונן מָנֵלִיס) an Israeli soldier. He is spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces. Avigdor Liberman and Lieuntenant-General Gadi Eisenkot attended the appointment ceremony at Camp Rabin, Kirya, on May 18, 2017.[1]

Manelis has a BA in history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MA in political science from Tel Aviv University. He is married and has two children. He lives in Mazkeret Batya.[2]
