Thu Kamkasomphou (Lao: ທູ ຄຳຄະຊົມພູ, born October 12, 1968[3]) is a Laotian[4]-French para table tennis player. She has won eight Paralympic medals for France, including gold medals from the 2000 Summer Paralympics (Class 9 singles) and the 2008 Summer Paralympics (Class 8 singles).[5]

She has polyarteritis nodosa.[3]
