'''West Virginia Public Broadcasting''' is the statewide [[Public Broadcasting Service|PBS]] network of [[television station]]s in [[West Virginia]], whose flagship station is WPBY, based in [[Huntington, West Virginia]]. Its studios are located at the [[Marshall University]] main campus. The network carries a basic PBS schedule, along with several programs of local production.

== Ghost FAC ==
The origins of WVPB date back to [[WMUL]] on [[July 14]], [[1969]], copying the call letters of Marshall's student radio station, although the television station has never been a student-run operation. It began broadcasting in 1967.

Do you think that the FAC is progressing too slowly, and thus may die due to lack of participation? Its almost been three days and so far only one editor has left a support or oppose comment, and three others have made miscellaneous comments that don't go either way. I'm contemplating dropping another note in on WP:VG, asking for some more participation to prevent it from stalling and failing because of lack of interest. -- [[User:S@bre|Sabre]] ([[User talk:S@bre|talk]]) 20:28, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
In 1980 WMUL and the public station at [[West Virginia University]], ''WWVU'' (now WNPB) received new call letters to underline that the operations were managed by the state educational broadcasting authority, and not the university system.
:See [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:S@bre#perhaps.3F] <font color="#cc6600">[[User:David Fuchs|Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs]]</font> <nowiki>(</nowiki><small><font color="#993300">[[User talk:David Fuchs|talk]]</font></small><nowiki>)</nowiki> 01:52, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

:Done. I did consider putting something like "although Nihilistic and Swingin' Ape were developing the game, the cinematics were developed by Blizzard themselves" or something along those lines, but I couldn't get it to a reasonably short length while still describing whats in the shot. Hopefully the addition of the higher standards of quality than previous SC titles to the caption should be enough. -- [[User:S@bre|Sabre]] ([[User talk:S@bre|talk]]) 16:37, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
In 1992 the state completed a microwave link that permitted it to convert WNPB and the state's third PBS station, WSWP in [[Beckley, West Virginia]] to become de facto repeaters of WPBY. WNPB broadcasts on Channel 24 and WSWP on Channel 9.

:I don't suppose you can come up with a bit of better wording for that "suspended development" stuff in the intro as Randomran suggested? I suppose it is a bit awkward phrasing, but I honestly can't come up with anything better. -- [[User:S@bre|Sabre]] ([[User talk:S@bre|talk]]) 19:11, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
The network has low power repeaters on Channel 15 in [[Wardensville, West Virginia|Wardensville]], Channel 17 in [[Mathias, West Virginia|Mathaias]], Channel 48 in [[Keyser, West Virginia|Keyser]], Channel 41 in [[Hampshire County, West Virginia|rural Hampshire County]] and Channel 69 in [[Romney, West Virginia|Romney]]. Because all of these locations are in the [[Washington, DC]] television market, the station's shows are the only real source of West Virginia program content in those areas. In the past the channel showed some [[Marshall University]] and [[West Virginia University]] sports content for this reason, but has abandoned this practice due to [[Conference USA]]/[[Big East Conference|Big East]] exclusivity agreements with commercial and cable outlets. The station is also repeated on Channel 41 in [[Wheeling, West Virginia|Wheeling]] and Channel 57 in [[Parkersburg, West Virginia|Parkersburg]], making it receivable in almost all of the state.

== List of universities in British Columbia ==
The current local content consists of a daily recap of the state legislative session, half hour weekly shows produced by the State Bar and by the West Virginia University medical school, and student produced news from campus weekly products from Marshall University and [[West Virginia State University]].

== Final Fantasy VII ==

Hi. FF7 just recently passed GA status, so I was thinking if we can cleanup [[FFXIII]] and later send it to PR, we can get the Final Fantasy titles FT back. You can see [[User:The Prince of Darkness/Sandbox|here]] the titles that I think should be included, i.e. removing Mystic Quest and FFX-2, as they aren't part of the main series. So what do you think? [[User:The Prince of Darkness|The Prince]] ([[User talk:The Prince of Darkness|talk]]) 23:17, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
:OR is definitely a problem. IP addresses usually ad this, and it is often left unnoticed. I have, however, added the article to my watchlist, and will revert anything I detect as OR. My problems with the articles are: 1. ref 7 doesn't seem to be reliable. It should probably be replaced by another reliable one. 2. I think ref 14 is incorrectly formatted. The {{tl|cite journal}} template, I believe, is the one which should be used. 3. are FF-XIII.net and FinalFantasy-XIII.net reliable? They look like fansites to me. 4. ref 18 ([http://finalfantasy-xiii.net/fabula-nova-crystallis/interviews/famitsu_jf2006_eng.php]) doesn't show any content, and ref 25 ([http://games.ign.com/articles/889/889001p1.html]) is a dead link. 5. Is PSX Extreme reliable? Other than that, it looks okay, but I don't know that much about the game, so I don't know if anything is not as it should be. It's a shame that the game won't be released for Wii (at least as of yet) because that's the only seventh generation console I own. [[User:The Prince of Darkness|The Prince]] ([[User talk:The Prince of Darkness|talk]]) 15:51, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
::You mean a reference directly from [[Square Enix]]? Then I don't know. If e.g. IGN or GameSpot can be used as a source, I don't think we'll have a problem. [[User:The Prince of Darkness|The Prince]] ([[User talk:The Prince of Darkness|talk]]) 18:25, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
:::I was only able to find one source I knew was reliable: [http://www.gamespot.com/features/vgs/universal/finalfantasy_hs/sec1.html]. The list to the right of the page also includes [[Final Fantasy Anthology]], but that is basically just a collection of FFV and FFVI. FF Tactics and Mystic Quest are placed in "Related Final Fantasies", which proves they aren't a part of the main series. FFXII and FFXIII aren't included because I don't think they had been revealed yet. Do you think this is good enough? [[User:The Prince of Darkness|The Prince]] ([[User talk:The Prince of Darkness|talk]]) 21:09, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
::::Yes, I remember that discussion. The only thing I can say is that the main series of FF (I-XIII) is common knowledge. It's like the main series of [[Wikipedia:Featured topics/Halo trilogy|Halo]], which includes Combat Evolved-3. See this link: http://www.festivalawards.com/index.cfm?section=awards.nominees&method=view&year=2008&artistid=561. Cheers mate. Andre666 (talk) 19:49, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Final Fantasy VII

Hi. FF7 just recently passed GA status, so I was thinking if we can cleanup FFXIII and later send it to PR, we can get the Final Fantasy titles FT back. You can see here the titles that I think should be included, i.e. removing Mystic Quest and FFX-2, as they aren't part of the main series. So what do you think? The Prince (talk) 23:17, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

OR is definitely a problem. The {{cite journal}} template, I believe, is the one which should be used. 3. are FF-XIII.net and FinalFantasy-XIII.net reliable? They look like fansites to me. 4. ref 18 ([2]) doesn't show any content, and ref 25 ([3]) is a dead link. 5. Is PSX Extreme reliable? Other than that, it looks okay, but I don't know that much about the game, so I don't know if anything is not as it should be. It's a shame that the game won't be released for Wii (at least as of yet) because that's the only seventh generation console I own. The Prince (talk) 15:51, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
You mean a reference directly from Square Enix? Then I don't know. If e.g. IGN or GameSpot can be used as a source, I don't think we'll have a problem. The Prince (talk) 18:25, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
I was only able to find one source I knew was reliable: [4]. The list to the right of the page also includes Final Fantasy Anthology, but that is basically just a collection of FFV and FFVI. FF Tactics and Mystic Quest are placed in "Related Final Fantasies", which proves they aren't a part of the main series. FFXII and FFXIII aren't included because I don't think they had been revealed yet. Do you think this is good enough? The Prince (talk) 21:09, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I remember that discussion. The only thing I can say is that the main series of FF (I-XIII) is common knowledge. It's like the main series of Halo, which includes Combat Evolved-3. The Prince (talk) 21:25, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

To be blunt

Have you thought of going through RfA again? the last one seemed pretty back but it's been a while since then. Wizardman 23:52, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

I already fixed all the mistakes you found on the article. Do you think now it can pass the review to be a Featured List? Rockk3r Spit it Out! 04:51, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

I know, what I mean if, from your own point of view. I know that it needs to be reviewed by other people. Rockk3r Spit it Out! 04:55, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

DYK nom

Sorry about not counting the prose correctly. I probably should have gone to bed instead of reviewing DYKs at 2:00 am.... Anyway, I verified the hook. btw, if you want to take that list to FLC, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for it to pass. Thingg 18:35, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

Re: FFT FT
