Michael James Mason (born 27 August, 1974) in Mangatainoka is a New Zealand cricketer, born in Carterton. He plays Test and One Day Internationals for New Zealand. He plays domestic cricket for Central Districts.

He was part of the New Zealand squad for the 2007 Cricket World Cup.
