Bryggebroen (English: Quay Bridge) is a pedestrian and bicyclist bridge which spans the inner harbor of Copenhagen, Denmark. The bridge connects the harbor-front development of Havneholmen in Vesterbro with the Islands Brygge neighborhood on the island of Amager. Designed by Danish bridge designers Dissing + Weitling, the 190 m long swing bridge was completed in September 2006.[1] It was the first new bridge to span Copenhagen Harbor in 50 years.[2]
