Deepa Sahi is an Indian actress. She is married to film director Ketan Mehta.

She has acted in her husband's films including Hero Hiralal (1988), Maya Memsaab (1992) and Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India (1995). Maya Memsaab particularly was controversial at the time of its release when Deepa Sahi appeared in a nude sex scene for the film which was very rare in Indian films at that time.

Her other notable films include Hum (1991) and Ek Doctor Ki Maut (1991). Her last film appearance was in Daughters of this Century (2001) and she has not appeared in any films since.

Recently she was the producer of her husband's film Mangal Pandey: The Rising. She also wrote the screenplay for Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India.
