Dumitru Focşneanu (born November 8, 1935) is a Romanian bobsledder who competed in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He won two medals in the two-man event at the FIBT World Championships with a silver in 1969 and a bronze in 1973.

Focşneanu also finished tenth in the four-man event at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo.

He was born in Breaza.
