This prohibition of “ racial disgrace ” is subsequently extended to “ gypsies , negroes and their bastards” by means of a regulation . With the Reich Citizenship Law , Jews are also deprived of their citizenship rights . In these laws and in the tightening of § 175 RStGB, which criminalizes homosexual acts between men, the National Socialist image of women is also evident . With the introduction of the German Municipal Code of January 30, 1935, the previously federally structured municipal constitutional law of the German states is abolished in favor of a centralized regulation.
