Rashad Khalifa

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rashad Khalifa ( Arabic رشاد خليفة Raschād Chalīfa , DMG Rašād Ḫalīfa ; * November 19, 1935 ; † January 31, 1990 in Tucson , Arizona , USA) was an Egyptian-American biochemist and computer scientist , who was known as the "discoverer" of the Koran code (code 19).

Life

Khalifa, an Egyptian Muslim , took an academic degree at 1,959 after gaining Ain Shams University in the United States, where he attended the Arizona State University began a study of biochemistry and at the University of California doctorate . He later became an American citizen, married an American, and worked as a chemist for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization . He founded an Islamic group which calls itself United Submitters International . Their beliefs include devotion to God ( Islam ), rejection of the Sunna as a source of Islamic jurisprudence, and the study of the Koran as the sole source of Islam ( Koranism ). For many years, Khalifa was the Imam of the Tucson , Arizona mosque .

In 1969 Khalifa began to mathematically analyze the Koran with the help of computers and to examine it for certain sequences of numbers. In 1974 he came to the conclusion that he had found the strange number sequence he was looking for. According to Khalifa, the holy book of Islam is consistently coded with the number 19. His assumption is based on the verse “ Above him are nineteen (angels). “(In Sura 74 : 30). In the course of his life, Khalifa published numerous books on the "miracle of 19".

Initially, Khalifa's messages were received relatively well in the Islamic world; However, this changed with rumors that he was rejecting the Sunnah. In addition, many of his teachings appeared heretical to Sunni and Shiite scholars. For example, he claimed to be the covenant messenger from verse 3:81. So Khalifa puts his own name in one of the verses of the Koran: " We have only sent you (Khalifa) as a preacher of good news and as a warner " (25:56).

In 1990 Khalifa was stabbed to death in his Tucson mosque . Allegedly the attack was the work of a Pakistani extremist organization. His name and the 19 theory play a certain role in Anne Holt's crime thriller " Gotteszahl ".

Code 19

A translated excerpt from his book Quran, Hadith and Islam :

The simple facts

  1. The Quranic opening (1: 1) consists of 19 letters.
  2. The Koran consists of 114 chapters, or 6 x 19.
  3. The first Quranic revelation (96: 1-5) consists of 19 words.
  4. The first revelation consists of 76 letters, or 19 × 4.
  5. The first chapter that was revealed (chap. 96) consists of 19 verses.
  6. The 96th chapter of the end of the Koran is in the 19th position.
  7. The first revealed chapter consists of 304 letters; 19 × 16.
  8. The last revealed chapter (chap. 110) consists of 19 words.
  9. The first verse of the last revelation consists of 19 letters.
  10. The second revelation (68: 1-9) consists of 38 words; 19 × 2.
  11. The third revelation (73: 1-10) consists of 57 words; 19 × 3.
  12. The fourth revelation (74: 1-30) brought the number 19 with it.
  13. The fifth revelation (chap. 1) places the expression with 19 letters [so-called. Bismillah] immediately after the number 19 from 74:30.
  14. The first word in the opening (Bsm) occurs exactly 19 times (19 × 1)
  15. The second word in the opening (Allah) occurs 2698 times, a multiple of 19 (19 × 142).
  16. The third word in the opening (Rahman) is mentioned 57 times in the Koran (19 × 3).
  17. The fourth word in the opening (Rahim) is mentioned 114 times in the Koran (19 × 6).
  18. The multiplication factors of the opening result in a sum of 1 + 142 + 3 + 6 = 152, which is also a multiple of 19 (19 × 8).
  19. Each frequency of occurrence related to the opening (19, 2698, 57, and 114) corresponds to the numerical values of one of the names of God.
  20. Among all the compiled lists of known names of God (more than 400) there are ONLY FOUR names whose numerical values are divisible by 19. These four names are the same, which correspond to the frequencies mentioned in point 19 above.
  21. The opening is missing in chapter 9 but is compensated for in chapter 27 verse 30. This restores the incidence of 114 of the Bismillah (19 × 6).
  22. From the missing expression (Chapter 9) to the extra mention (Chapter 27) there are 19 chapters.

The more complicated facts

23. Chapter 50 is entitled “Q”, initiated with the letter “Q” and contains 57 Q's (57 = 19 × 3).

24. The only other chapter initiated with “Q” (chap. 42) also contains 57 Q's (19 × 3).

25. The letter “Q” stands for “Qur'an” and the sum of the frequency of “Q” in the two Q-initiated chapters equals the number of chapters in the Qur'an (57 + 57 = 114).

26. The first verse in chapter 50 (chap. “Q”) describes the Qur'an as “majeed” (= glorious) and the numerical value of the word “majeed” is 57, exactly the same number of Q in this chapter.

27. Chapter 68 is initiated with the letter "N" and contains 133 N's; or 19 × 7.

28. Chapters 7, 19, and 38 are chapters initiated with “S” (Saad) and the sum of the frequencies of this letter in the three chapters is 152, or 19 × 8.

29. Chapter 36 is initiated with the letters “Y” and “S” (Siin) and the sum of the frequency of these two letters in this chapter is 285, or 19 × 15.

30. Chapters 40 to 46 are initiated with "H" and "M". The total frequency of these two letters in the seven chapters is 2147, or 19 × 113.

31. Chapter 42 is also introduced with the three initials "'A," "S," and "Q" and the total frequency of these three letters in this chapter is 209, or 19 × 11.

32. Chapter 19 is initiated with 5 letters ("K", "H", "Y", "'A" and "S") and the sum of the frequency of occurrences of these five letters in this chapter is 798, or 19 × 42.

33. The Quranic initials "H", "TH", "TS" and "TSM" form a unique closed relationship within the five chapters (19, 20, 26, 27 & 28). The total frequency of occurrence of these letters in their five chapters is 1767, or 19 × 93.

34. Chapter 2 is initiated with the letters "ALM" and contains 9899 of these letters (19 × 521).

35. Chapter 3 is also initiated with these letters and contains 5662 of these letters (19 × 298).

36. Chapters 29, 30, 31 and 32 are also initiated with the letters "ALM" and the total frequency of these letters is 1672 (19 × 88), 1254 (19 × 66), 817 (19 × 43), and 570, respectively (19 × 30).

37. Chapters 10 and 11 are initiated with the letters "ALR" and contain exactly the same total number of occurrences of these letters, namely 2489 (19 × 131).

38. Chapters 12, 14, and 15 are also initiated with "ALR". The total frequency of these three letters in these three chapters is 2375 (19 × 125), 1197 (19 × 63), and 912 (19 × 48).

39. Chapter 13 is preceded by the four initials "ALMR" and contains a total of 1482 of these letters (19 × 78).

40. Chapter 7 is initiated with the four letters "ALMS" and the frequency of these four letters in this chapter is 5320, or 19 × 280.

41. The number of Quranic initials is 14, and the number of letters from the alphabet that are involved in this initialization is also 14 and the number of chapters initiated is 29. If we add this number 14 + 14 + 29, we get we get a total of 57, or 19 × 3.

42. The Koranic initials are described as “Miracles of the Koran” (see page 240 [of the book “Qur'an: Visual Presentation of the Miracle”]).

43. The common denominator through the Koran is the number 19 and is also the numerical value of the Arabic word “ONE = Waahid.” In this way, this miracle underlines the theme of the Qur'an and its elementary message: “GOD IS ONE. "(19 × 1)"
