Arnaldo Pambianco (born August 16, 1935 in Bertinoro ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Arnaldo Pambianco was a participant in the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne, where he finished seventh in the road race. A year later he became Italian road champion and fought for second place in the world championship of road amateurs.

In 1958 he switched to the professional camp, where he was signed to the Legnano racing team, immediately won two road races in Italy and finished 27th in the overall classification of the Giro d'Italia . Pambianco was considered a very steady driver who was very strong both in the mountains and in the time trial. His greatest success was winning the Giro d'Italia in 1961 . At the Giro d'Italia 1960 he finished 7th, 1963 and 1964 13th and 1965 19th place. He achieved a total of nine further victories, including at Milan – Turin in 1960, the Tour of Sardinia in 1962, the 18th stage in the Giro in 1963 and at the Fleche Brabanconne in 1964. At the road world championships for professionals , he finished 22nd in 1961 and 5th in 1962 . Space.

He competed in the Tour de France four times and came 7th in 1960, 65th in 1962, 21st in 1964 and 19th in 1965. From 1963 to 1966 he drove in the Salvarini team and also competed in the last year of his career in the Giro d'Italia, which he finished 35th overall. At the age of 31 he hung up his racing bike after nine years with the Professionels.
