Humbert Augustynowicz
"Sir" Humbert Augustynowicz (* 1935 ) is an Austrian jazz pianist .
Augustynowicz first worked with Fatty George and the Bill Grah Trio. With the Printers Jazzband he played an album with Ben Webster in 1972 . Augustynowicz contributed significantly to the 1992 album On a Saturday Night by the Vienna City Ramblers not only as the band's pianist, but also as a composer and arranger. Later he belonged to the Teddy Ehrenreich Quartet and the Barrelhouse Jazzband Vienna , with whom he recorded various albums. He can also be heard on recordings with the quartet of Alfons Würzl and with Franz Bilik's Brogressivschrammeln ( Pfui Teufel, mir horror ... 1973).
