Josef Deutsch (soccer player, 1935)

Josef Deutsch (born March 7, 1935 ) is a former German soccer player .

Josef Deutsch played twice in the 1955/56 season for 1. FC Köln , under the then player- coach Hennes Weisweiler , in the Oberliga West , at that time the top division in Germany. He made his debut on September 1, 1955, the 4th matchday of the season, in a 1-1 draw against Duisburg SpV . It was not until March 18, 1956, at 1: 3 at Westfalia Herne , that he played his second and last game for FC. Josef Deutsch left the association after just twelve months. He moved to Eintracht Braunschweig, where he completed 15 games in the Oberliga Nord in two years. Then he let his career at VfB Bottrop end.
