Werner Groß (judge, 1935)
Werner Groß (born October 10, 1935 in Schwalbach (Saar) ) was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice from 1982 to 2000 .
After completing his legal training, Groß joined the Saarland judicial service in 1963 . In 1967 he was appointed regional judge, and from 1972 he worked as a judge at the Saarbrücken Higher Regional Court .
In 1982 Groß was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. The Presidium of the BGH initially assigned him to the 8th Civil Senate . After his appointment as presiding judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1995, Groß took over the presidency of the VI. Civil Senate , which function he should keep until his retirement on October 31, 2000. Its influence on the development of the highest court rulings on leasing was decisive .
Groß is a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Carolus Magnus Saarbrücken and the KDSt.V. Normannia Karlsruhe, both in CV .
