Axel Scholtz

Axel Scholtz , also Axel Scholz (born March 1, 1935 in Schweidnitz , Lower Silesia ) is a German actor .

Life

The son of a Silesian businessman and a Viennese girl grew up in his home country and then in Munich . As a child he took on a role in the theater adaptation of Emil and the Detectives at the Münchner Kammerspiele , later he played at the Volkstheater . At the age of twelve he was seen for the first time in a film in 1947 between yesterday and tomorrow .

After leaving school, he trained as a photographer, took acting lessons from Friedrich Domin and finally at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. Appearances have taken him to the Munich cabaret Die Onion and to Berlin to the porcupines . In 1975 and 1985 he was a guest at the Kleine Komödie in Munich. Scholtz was involved in many films and television productions, and he also worked in dubbing and for numerous radio plays . Since 1994 he has appeared at various venues with Helmut Qualtinger's one-man play Der Herr Karl .
