Sergio Ammirata

Sergio Ammirata (born January 7, 1935 in Palermo ) is an Italian actor .

Life

From the beginning of the 1960s, Ammirata was initially primarily employed as an actor in television; in productions such as La trincea ( Vittorio Cottafavi , 1961), La resa dei conti ( Marco Leto , 1973) or some of Anton Giulio Majano's roles, he mostly played character roles that left no particular mark. Occasionally he was also booked for the cinema, he was often used in works by Fernando Di Leo . For the Compagnia Plautina in Rome, in addition to his acting work, he also worked with adaptations of grotesque classical pieces, for which he drew as Sante Stern .

In 1974 he directed the big screen in an unremarkable erotic comedy, Sesso in testa .
