Max Vogt (judge)
Max Vogt (born September 24, 1935 in Munich ) is a German lawyer . From 1977 to 2000 he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .
After completing his legal training, Vogt joined the judicial service of the state of Bavaria in 1962 , where he was employed in various positions as a judge and public prosecutor . After serving as a probationary judge, Vogt first became a judge at the Munich District Court in 1965 . After that he was first public prosecutor in the public prosecutor's office at the Munich District Court II for three years and then a judge at the Munich Higher Regional Court for another three years . Before being appointed a judge of the Federal Court he most recently served as Chief Judge of the District Court of Munich I worked.
In 1977 Vogt was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. The Presidium assigned him to the Fifth Civil Senate, of which he was a member throughout his entire activity at the Federal Court of Justice, since 1992 as Deputy Chairman. From 1988 until his retirement on September 30, 2000, Vogt was also a member of the Senate for Agricultural Matters .
