  • 1871 : The Tyler Davidson Fountain in Cincinnati , Ohio, is unveiled to around 20,000 people. The founder, Henry Probasco, would like to use this to erect a monument to his business partner Tyler Davidson and at the same time curb alcoholism in his city. The fountain becomes a symbol of Cincinnati and the most visited fountain in the USA.
