Josephine Touray (born October 6, 1979 in Aarhus , Denmark ) is a Danish handball player .

Touray was the outside player for Bjerringbro KFUM, Viborg HK , KIF Kolding , Ikast-Bording EH , FCK Håndbold and SK Aarhus . After the 2008/09 season, Touray ended her career due to knee problems. A year later she made her comeback at the Danish first division club FIF. After two seasons she ended her career again. In September 2013 she made her comeback for København Håndbold , who had to do without several outside players due to injury.

Touray made 123 appearances for Denmark , scoring 383 goals. With the Danish national team, she won the European Championship in 2002 in her own country and the 2004 Olympic gold medal in Athens.
