København Håndbold is a Danish women's handball club from Copenhagen . The women's team plays in the highest Danish league.

history

The København Håndbold association was founded on January 24, 2013. On February 24, 2013 the club took over the league license of the women's team from FIF , which competed in the Danish top division. København Håndbold has played in the Damehåndboldligaen since the 2013/14 season. København Håndbold took part in the EHF Women's Cup 2013/14 , where the team was eliminated in the quarter-finals against eventual cup winner GK Lada Toljatti . In 2017 København Håndbold lost in the final of the Danish championship against Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub . A season later, København Håndbold won the Danish championship.
