Marie Wall (born April 3, 1992 in Kungälv ) is a Swedish handball player who was most recently under contract with the Danish first division club København Håndbold .
Career
Marie Wall initially played for Kungälvs HK . Between 2010 and 2013, the outside player played for H43 / Lundagård. In summer 2013 she switched to H 65 Höör . With Höör she won the EHF Challenge Cup in 2014 and the Swedish championship in 2017. Furthermore, she was in the final of the EHF Challenge Cup again in 2017. From summer 2018 she played for København Håndbold. In January 2020, she announced her pregnancy. Since Wall will most likely not be available to København Håndbold for the entire 2020/21 season, their contract was terminated by mutual agreement in June 2020.
Wall ran on for the Swedish youth selection teams. She won the gold medal at the 2010 U-18 World Cup . Wall has been part of the Swedish national team since 2015 , for which she scored 38 goals in 24 international matches. Wall took part in the 2015 World Cup with Sweden . During the tournament she scored three goals. During the European Championships in 2016, she moved to the Swedish team for the injured Olivia Mellegård .
