Heinz Siebeneicher
Heinz Siebeneicher (born January 15, 1935 in Berlin ; † November 5, 2010 in Baden-Baden ) was a German radio and television presenter.
life and career
Heinz Zipperer was born on January 15, 1935 in Berlin and spent the first 20 years of his life there. He took his mother's maiden name, Siebeneicher, only later.
After completing his training at the Deutsche Bundespost, Siebeneicher worked in the senior service and only worked part-time for the radio. Most recently he was head of a development group for electronic data processing as a post office councilor .
He began his career at Südwestfunk Baden-Baden with the program From Telephone to Microphone . Later he switched to the private broadcaster RTL in Luxembourg, where he ran the four-hour Sunday show Wünsch Dir was . After a short interlude with smaller private broadcasters in Baden-Württemberg, he switched back to Südwestfunk. For Südwestfunk and later for the fourth program of Südwestrundfunk , Siebeneicher has hosted the dream tune from Freiburg every day since the 1990s and once a month the program Happy Everyday Life on the third TV program of SWF / SDR and SWR.
In 1997 Siebeneicher created together with Christian Frietsch Radio L-Fun, the Library Radio . Until 2005, the station could be heard daily on the Internet with a 24-hour program and presented works by the greatest poets and thinkers in world history.
In addition, several audio books were read in by Siebeneicher.
honors and awards
Heinz Siebeneicher was awarded the Baden-Württemberg Medal of Merit in 2005 .
