Eidinemacheilus is a genus of troglobitic fish in the family Nemacheilidae endemic to Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan.[1][2]

- Eidinemacheilus proudlovei Freyhof, Abdullah, Ararat, Ibrahim & Geiger, 2016[2]
