Halieutopsis ingerorum, also known as Ingers' deepsea batfish, is a species of fish in the family Ogcocephalidae.[2]
It is found in the western Indian Ocean in the vicinity of the Mozambique Channel and in the north-western Pacific off Taiwan.
Description[edit]
This species reaches a length of 4.4 cm (1.7 in).[3]
Etymology[edit]
The fish is named in honor of Robert F. Inger.
