James S. Henry, who is an American economist, lawyer, and investigative journalist. He is an Edward R. Murrow Fellow at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and an INSPIRE Fellow at its Institute for Global Leadership.[1] Henry has written extensively on the problems of tax justice and development finance.[2] On his personal blog, Henry writes about financial secrecy and capital flight in emerging markets[3], which then compounded into his ground breaking book on the subject with the 2003 publication of Blood Bankers: Tales From The Underground Economy[4]. Early life

Henry was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has a bachelor's degree from Harvard College, a JD from Harvard Law School, and a master's degree from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.[6]
