Jeffrey Michael Julmis (born 6 January 1987) is a Haitian sprinter.[1][2] He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States.[3] He competed in the 110 m hurdles event at the 2012 Summer Olympics.[4] He is most well known for his down-to-earth persona, which was evident right away during 2016 Rio Olympics in the 110m hurdles event.
